YOGA …. WHY NOT?

Space Limitations?

It is time to think outside the yoga studio.

We Make it Easy:

Work with our Event Coordinator to identify multi-functional spaces that can be temporarily repurposed for a yoga class.

Locations:

Common areas for residents, leasing areas, rooftops, courtyards, or empty apartment units work great for one-hour yoga classes.

Outdoor Yoga Events:

Why Not Yoga, LLC has also co-hosted yoga in the park with Luxury Communities in Denver on a Saturday or Sunday morning. Promote community collaboration, decrease turnover, and improve profitability by adding yoga as an amenity.

Liability Concerns

200-hr Certified Yoga Instructors & CPR Certification

Our 200-hr certified instructors have a proven record of conducting safe and inclusive yoga classes. All Why Not Yoga instructors are required to have an up-to-date CPR certification.

Informed Consent

Why Not Yoga, LLC has a clear and comprehensive waiver and informed consent process for residents who participate in yoga classes. Your Community Manager will review and approve this document before the first session. This document will outline the risks associated with physical activity and communicate that residents join at their own discretion.

Insurance Coverage:

Why Not Yoga, LLC, and every certified instructor teaching the class must have up-to-date insurance that includes coverage tailored explicitly to yoga activities. This step will provide additional protection if an injury or liability issue arises.

YOGA MATS & EQUIPMENT

We always recommend that residents bring their mats but if they need one, our instructors will bring 10 additional cleaned mats to class to borrow. If it is a yin class we will also bring blocks and straps.
